She did say that post office services are available at the till, but nobody working at the store is trained to deliver these. Therefore - shut at 1700.

The lady behind the counter was rude and huffed at me because I had five parcels with stamps on and said I was holding up the que. She was on her own on lunchtime which I feel is unfair. I suggest don’t have a job in customer service if you can’t treat people with respect. I never complain but I felt I had to leave this review as came out feeling very down from this experience
