Staff was saying that I have to paste picture on it but actually we didn’t need to it bcz dvla have all records. Then one of girl there asked me why I didn’t put tick on health declaration but when I don’t have any health issues why would I tick that. I simple ticked no on that form. Really not good experience today. Lack of knowledge and rude tone.I missed old staff today. I don’t knw her name but she use to always ready to help customers with that beautiful smile and she has had nice sense of humor.
