We got in the queue and got bawled at in front of other customers who looked shocked and embarrassed. A scruffy pale faced lady in red glasses and grey wavy bob hair aged about 70 ) no name badge sorry to have describe people no offence intended) shouted at us to state our business then proceeded to shout across through her glass enclosure to the middle aged blonde lady..no name badge to discuss why they couldn't help us. The older lady kept shouting I am the post office.! Bizarre. Glaring and bawling and arguing as we kept repeating what we needed. She then told me I'd been in before.earlier today.she was annoyed. I told her I hadn't been in before. You Can't do that here you need to go here and there instead... she later realised she was wrong in some of her advice. Blonde lady starts to process my request and gets it all wrong. Older lady comes to assist but can't really be bothered. We'd like more staff says the blonde lady..why there's only us and some others dropping parcels off. It's a ghost shop. No doubt due to the offensive staff. Who obviously hate Their jobs. How very rude. Not like other post offices I use. Who do these people think they are. More training obviously needed. If I get this treatment again I'll be making a formal complaint..as I've already looked into it. The post office don't consider this good customer service. If possible avoid this branch. What an advert for Cannock.
