Took my parcel scanned it wrongly argued, that he knew better sent my parcel to Amazon Returns rather than to the customer, denied liability and became aggressive. Won't be posting item there again..

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
