Honestly I know other people have mentioned it but the staff are really first class (excuse the pun - I'll see myself out). Really helpful though and extremely patient even when dealing with difficult customers. The only downside I can think to mention is that it can be incredibly busy, especially early in the morning. Not their fault of course and I will say they work through the queue fast and efficiently but I thought it worth mentioning. Other than that though, I don't have a negative thing to say.

No one is there and it should open between 9:00-12:30. Several people are waiting outside. Disappointed
Thanks for replying. But still, since I checked on Royal Mail and their website also says you guys open on Saturday, that really causes some problems. This morning I was waiting for 5 mins, and within 5 mins there’re 5 people waiting.
Update: sadly need to modify from 3 stars to 1 star again since I’ve tried to get my parcel on Monday and it’s still shut. Have no idea what’s wrong with it.
