Most of the service windows are closed, and even the self-service machines are not in operation. So if you plan to visit, make sure to allow plenty of time, as the waiting time can be super long!
- WWweekendApr 17, 20261.0Unprofessional behavior and poor management response. A male staff member showed me a photo of a political figure, Xi Jinping, on his personal phone during the transaction. When asked for an explanation, he remained silent. I raised this with the manager, who apologised but offered no real resolution or explanation for this bizarre and unsettling conduct. Very disappointing experience.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
