- RRRFeb 9, 20261.0Giving them 1 star is too generous! This branch accepted 14 identical prepaid Click & Drop items without issue, then suddenly decided to refuse the same mail (twice) all because one female staff member thinks she’s the law and the Post Office rolled into one. When questioned calmly, a male staff member with glasses, started filming me on his personal mobile phone for his ‘own safety’ (his words). A long standing customer, I was told to leave the shop! Same refused Click & Drop accepted elsewhere less than 30 minutes later! Unprofessional, intimidating and completely unacceptable. Owner should be ashamed. Do yourself a favour — stay well away and go elsewhere. This place falls far below any acceptable standard of customer service. If members of the public DO have issues with this place, I strongly urge and advise making a complaint via the post office website.

I will go elsewhere now as it shouldn't take over 15 mins to post a package when you are the only one waiting and he is scrolling on his phone.
