The opening hours stated on the storefront were incorrect, as they weren't open when I went at 0835 (website stated it opens from 0830) then 1000 on a weekday. The opening hours didn't match those that were held by Royal Mail or Google either. When I finally got round in the afternoon after 2pm to find it open, I asked to collect my parcel. The person behind the counter asked for ID, but then took it away with him to the back of the store??? It was a considerable amount of time before he came back with my parcel, so what on earth was he doing with it?
