Girl who served me was lovely (Elaine) the temperature in that post office tho is nothing short of inhumane. That is a dam disgrace to have people working in that environment never mind the customers. Absolutely disgraceful

I don’t get out the house much, being an invalid. So when i get out i like to chat to the very friendly staff. Sometimes we can chat for 20 minutes or longer, which isn’t an issue, as usually not busy, just me and maybe one other customer. Staff even gave me rizlas so i could roll up my medical on the counter, god bless.

This has to be the worst post office I’ve ever been in. I’ve never seen more than two people working at a time, in my experience there has only been one member of staff present. Today there was a queue of 12 people and only one teller, this would have been painfully slow so I traveled to another post office. In my opinion they should open a second post office in Asda or Tesco, as this would give people an alternative to this inept service.
