Sometimes we can chat for 20 minutes or longer, which isn’t an issue, as usually not busy, just me and maybe one other customer. Staff even gave me rizlas so i could roll up my medical on the counter, god bless.

I’ve never seen more than two people working at a time, in my experience there has only been one member of staff present. Today there was a queue of 12 people and only one teller, this would have been painfully slow so I traveled to another post office. In my opinion they should open a second post office in Asda or Tesco, as this would give people an alternative to this inept service.
