I had never used the Post Office service before to renew my passport and was not sure what to expect.
They did all the work, took the picture and completed the documents online on a tablet taking around 10-15 minutes.
My new passport arrived within 2 weeks. It was well worth paying the extra money and took all the hassle out of the process,
Highly recommend using this service
