Absolutely useless!
This service was completely unhelpful. I went to the Post Office specifically to pay my road tax because the online system would not accept my V5C/2 reference number. I was told they could not help at all and was simply sent away. For a service that is supposed to deal with vehicle tax, this was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time.

The has to be the the rudest shop in the world, they close their post office.I was told 12.30 i went just before 12 to be standing in the post office line tobe told by a girl eating a ice cream behind the counter they we now closed at 12 on the page they are open the same times as the shop its horrendous customer service the co-op need to look at this shop. It has to be the worst shop they have. The staff are rude.No wonder royal mail is on its knees i will now only use that shop when I really, really have to.I will just go to another shop as it's a shame that it's like that, because it will end up closing, and then there will be another another empty space and shop owners crying that people don't support local businesses

As per the other comments…the counter isn’t open as advertised. Really poor customer service, just got met with a shrug and a half-baked apology.

Get your website update if you are closed between 12pm and 2pm. I had a wasted trip in my already short lunch break.
