  Absolute zero interest in their post office, customer service is appalling, sat and argued with me over a service they are supposed to provide, finally pulled it up on their website to then get told oh the systems are down, shocker

  I love this shop. Apria always gives good customer service. She is friendly and very helpful. The shop is very clean and has good offers.

  Very unhelpful and rude. The woman on the post office counter doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. I was charged £9.25 to send a small Jiffy bag containing a car key recorded delivery not including the price of the Jiffy bag which had to be paid for at the shop till separately. I also had a query about a parcel delivered to me that I didn’t order. You can see quite clearly from the photo that it has a post office label on it and she told me it was from Evri and refused to scan it or check the reference number to help me find out who sent it. I contacted Evri and it’s not their reference number so I’m left with a parcel that someone else will be waiting for. I’ll go elsewhere for any future post office requirements.
