Absolutely rubbish. Got a delivery message saying I wasn’t in where I’m actual fact they didn’t find the address so I had to go and pick it up. They are consistently the worst delivery company out there and frequently cannot find the address, where other delivery companies don’t seem to have this problem

Service is shocking domt even attempt to deliver properly couldnt be bothered to come around the front of my house so just threw a leaflet over the back fence and took a picture of the back gate no way of actually speaking to a customer service person all automated i would say aviod this company at all costs!

I HAD A PARCEL DELIVERED BY DHL INTERNATIONAL ON THE 13th APRIL - ALL OK! ON THE SAME DAY IT WAS PICKED UP BY MISTAKE BY THE LOCAL DHL ECOMMERCE DRIVER!!!!! THIS PARCEL HAS NOW DISAPEARED AND CANNOT BE LOCATED BY DHL ANYWHERE!!!!! I HAVE NOW SPENT 1 MONTH SENDING EMAILS AND MAKING PHONE CALLS TO DHL ECOMMERCE!!!!! I AM GETTING NO PHONE CALL BACK FROM THE DEPOT MANAGER ANDY AT STOKE, STAFFORD!!!!! I CALL NEARLY EVERY WEEKDAY PEOPLE TAKE MESSAGES AND SAY I WILL GET A CALL BY THE END OF THE DAY....NO REPLY AT ALL!!! What happens if no one is available to receive my parcel?
If there is no one available to accept the parcel, our DHL Express courier will usually leave a calling card at the address informing the receiver that they have tried to deliver a parcel. The receiver can then either collect the parcel from their local DHL Express Service Point or arrange another delivery. If they arrange another delivery, this can be to an alternative address. Just search on Google for "DHL Express On Demand Delivery" and enter the parcel tracking number.
How do I insure my document or parcel and what will I be charged?
