- CBChris BaileyNov 29, 20251.0I hate to write negative reviews, especially when the service I normally receive from 2 out 3 of the employees is always top class. Reluctantly today I had to send a formal complaint to the Post Office about how I was treated by an employee here named Kelly. I can see from the other reviews that this is not an isolated incident and is not the first time I have experienced this. Today I arrived to return an Amazon parcel at exactly 12:55pm, there was no queue but a closed sign at the counter. When I approached I was told by Kelly they are closed as she was behind on counting the safe. I very politely said I thought I had a few minutes to spare as they close at 1pm, to be bery rudely told "I can close when I want". So I took my parcel elsewhere and returned it via Evri. As I referenced above, Angie and the others are amazing at the Post Office, but whenever Kelly is working the level of service drops dramatically. I just hope something is done about this, otherwise this wonderful Post Office will soon dissappear, especially now so many alternatives pop up at convenience stores and lockers all over Tamworth.
