Find the staff very unprofessional and unhelpful. When I go in to deposit money into my account one if the women behind the counter always comments and complains about me either giving her change or makes comment on how much or little I am depositing into my account. I find this upsetting as I have been unemployed and every penny counts and I don’t want any comments about the amount of money. I feel it should be more professional and not commented on. I shall not be using this post office again. Butt lane are far more polite and professional

Ever since McColls took over and moved the Post Office to the front of the shop with different staff I have had nothing but problems here. Firstly I object to carrying out personal transactions amongst the queue of people waiting to pay for groceries who can clearly hear everything being said. It is not private like it used to be. Last year I was sending a prepaid letter recorded delivery and the woman serving didn’t know how to do this because I wasn’t paying the postage as well so I had to wait while her and someone else tried to work it out. Twice I have been to send parcels in the last few months, once early afternoon and once early morning. On both occasions I was told I would have to wait about 10 minute or so because they were Tilling Up. I don’t see why they would be tilling up at 10 in the morning? The staff seem uninterested. Always having conversations between themselves whilst serving. The post office is a shambles since McColls took over. The car park is always full of cars not using the shop but the staff won’t do anything. The cash machine isn’t working, but the staff won’t even put a sign on it saying ‘Not Ours so Not Our Problem’. I will not be using this post office again.
