Never met such unpleasant staff, rude and no costomer service training evident. They seem more interested in going outside for a smoke. Fed up with being told to go to queue for a cashier then told by the cashier to go to the counter at the front of the shop. What a waste of time.
If staff don't want to be there, get rid of them and employ someone who actually wants to work.I certainly won't be returning.
