- LKLoki KennedyFeb 6, 20261.0HORRENDOUS experience. Posted something Tuesday (tracked 48) it's still sat in the post office 3 days later according to the tracker. My partner went in to discuss the matter and the question was dodged with the answer "it's 3-5 working days for postage" that may be the case but that doesn't explain why the parcel HAS NOT LEFT THE POST OFFICE ON THE TRACKER. can't even call to speak to someone it is a voicemail system that will NOT ring you back. Would give 0 stars if I could. Utter incompetence.
