Closing at 3pm every day means Saturday is the only day you can use this Branch if you work full time. Extremely unhelpful opening hours - and then only open until 12.30 Saturday - no wonder alternative services are used to send parcels etc. Makes life extremely difficult to post anything.

Attempted to process my SIA licence application at this post office. The post master refused to serve me claiming I had the wrong Section B documents (I didn't). I complained through the necessary channels and the investigation found him to be fully at fault and I was awarded a cash payout in compensation. When I took my payout claim to the man in question, yes he did process it. However he continued to refuse to admit any wrongdoing and clearly paid no attention to his retraining. Incredibly rude to me the entire time, which goaded me into matching his attitude in kind. What a pathetic excuse for a manager, a boss, a colleague. I'll never give place a penny more of my money and I encourage you to go elsewhere. Photo of email provided as proof I'm not making this up

Needs to stay open longer than 3pm Monday-Friday, and 12.30pm on Saturday’s, to accommodate people. Three counters, should these be open at busy times???? Would help reduce the queues and in turn people getting high rate about the amount of time they have to queue for………
