Went to the Butt Lane office this morning to collect a parcel, only to find out that the hours of opening had been greatly reduced from those shown on the website, so couldn’t collect the parcel thus wasting time and petrol. If you’re going to change hours of opening be considerate enough to inform your CUSTOMERS (that’s what we are) by amending those displayed on the website.
