Took them to Stoke sorting office, who had no idea what he was on about so they had to ring the helpline which took AGES. It turns out that this instruction refers to the new RM24 & RM48 service which is coming out - nothing whatsoever to do with eBay. I wasted 2.5 hours sorting this out. They phoned 3 other local post offices and no-one else had confused these services. Do they have adult literacy classes in Brown Edge?

Gifts and cards, National Lottery, newspapers and old fashioned sweets can all be purchased too. Friendly and helpful staff.
