The lady who runs the post office is always miserable, never welcoming or helpful. I had two packages which I had bought online postage for so these packages just needed scanning. She refused to take one package as she said it wouldn’t go through the plastic template to confirm measurements, I explained I had measured it and it was ok. She gave me the package back and the template and I managed to get it through. She insisted the package “must glide through”. My second package was a medium parcel which she said should be a small parcel. I said I thought small parcel should be no more than 16cm and mine was 18cm. She got her measuring box and placed my box inside it was too tall. She said “oh yes it is medium. She made a comment about buying postage online being incorrect, I challenged her about the cost as postage is cheaper online than bought over the counter and feel that this was her grievance and perhaps she doesn’t receive as much commission. She was happy to take the box but not the smaller package as she said she would be “penalised for placing a package in the wrong bag”. I explained that as I bought the postage online I was responsible for any discrepancies. However the fact was that my measurements were correct. I left with my parcels. She made several comments as I walked away Mags is miserable and rude and should not be running a customer facing business and should consider some customer service training. The other ladies who work there are always pleasant.

The owners have just never cared, ever!! Speak to them politely as always. And to be met with glaring eyes, no response back. Know of a worker leaving due to this, she was lovely always a joy to see her. Really cheered you up. Now it's I dread going in there. Is she in a worse mood than her normal persona. If ya can't be bothered, shut shop and sell. Bad thing is got to go at some point. May God be with me..
