I thought its because we were new to the neighbourhood that I got this kind of attitude from the service. Guess not base from what I am reading in the comment sections. She was not very accommodating at all. I queried something regarding postage which she answered by just shrugging her shoulders then went back on to talking to someone I guess on her mobile, she seemed to be using headset all the time. She could have told me she have no idea about it rather than just a shut of shoulders which I find very rude. She also makes me feel as if I am disturbing her by being there. Should have zero stars if I could give zero.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
