I use this post office frequently. Only ever seen one person serving so there’s regularly half dozen people queuing at any time and transactions always take so long to sort out. I wish I didn’t have to use them but the parcels I send back insist on post office label! Awful service

Twice now we have had people come in here from our family to get tax class changed with the correct documents. The staff have no idea what they are doing,
We know the documents are correct because we go to another towns post office and immediately get it changed.
The staff here need to actually read and listen to the people who clearly know their job better than them.
They either don't want to do it, or are incapable of reading.

Refused to send my second parcel in the middle of serving me because they said they were closed. Never seen anything like it.

Just to echo the common consensus, just not enough staff. The lone worker fighting the battle is always friendly, knowledgable & helpful.
But the queues are consistently far too long, with not enough staff to cover

Lovely staff. Maureen was very helpful and put me at ease that my parcel would be safe. Thank you Maureen
