Absolutely useless service at the post office this morning. Lady at till failed to understand a basic QR code return label l, and was completely disinterested in helping. I managed to get it sent from another post office with the same label. Lack of knowledge is one thing, but the complete lack of willingness to find out how to resolve the issue was the most frustrating.

Received such a bad service today at this post office I’m absolutely furious and will not be using again. I was the only customer at the service desk, the lady that was supervising looked straight at me and then walked off to talk to someone for what seemed like a life time. When she did eventually decided that she might serve me she glided over very slowly to then proceed to yell at me to put the parcel on the the weighing machine, she had no customer service skills what so ever she was rude shouted and did not crack her face once. The only reason I didn’t say anything to her was because I had my children with me. We all have bad days but a please and thank you is all that is required I’m sure she could have managed it if she tried.

Service is always good but the website states it opens on a Sunday whereas it doesn't.
Wasted journey.
