I was treated differently. Felt like the lady in the reception did not like to serve. I have never been rude to anyone and I did not make any exception there as well. I went to send some parcels but did not make the packaging. However, I bought different things from there paying money and asked for some advice only. I felt she was so annoyed to serve me where she was laughingly. Could be my colour but do not want to go that far. She even rolled her eyes on me.

Post office didn’t know what they were doing my freind asked for next day delivery by 1pm parcel five they said it was 12 somthing which it is not that is the charge for standard delivery on top they did not provide tracking number so I had to call parcel force to get a tracking number and was informed that she did not pay for next day delivery but standard delivery now my parcel won’t come in time for Christmas and have to wait for tracking for which wasn’t given by post office very disappointing the least they could do is make sure of the delivery charges to get the right delivery for an item
