Needed a bit of sellotape to tape my parcel together and had zero human decency to allow me to use theirs. Said id have to go away and come back. Unbelievable. Rude. Asked if they had any recorded delivery envelopes and responded as though id asked something ridiculous. Will continue to use Milehouse lane post office. They are so helpful, down to earth and friendly there. Management here need give her a few customer service lessons i think.

I clearly explained that the parcel contained documents only, yet the staff member declared the shipment incorrectly and entered the delivery address wrong in the system. Because of these mistakes, my shipment is now delayed, at risk of being returned, and may not arrive before the required deadline. The premium delivery timeline I paid for has already been exceeded. I even pointed out the incorrect address on the receipt, but the staff member dismissed it, saying that “if the label is correct, the system doesn’t matter,” which was not true and created further issues. I have spent days calling and emailing different departments trying to fix a problem that originated here. Paying for the most expensive service and receiving this level of inaccuracy is unacceptable. This branch’s lack of attention has caused unnecessary stress and put important documents at risk of missing their deadline.
