Yesterday April 2nd. I rang in the early afternoon and left a message. The message asked you if you would ring me back and tell me if you are open tomorrow Good Friday. I checked your website again this morning and all it said was 'hours may vary ' This is simply not good enough it should say clearly ' shop will be open but post office will be closed ' No one rang me back and this morning I struggled in with my large parcel the shop was open but there was a notice on the post office window saying 'closed' one of the assistants saw me struggling and said 'closed' I said I rang yesterday and left a message about the post office opening hours but no one rang me back. He didn't even bother to reply and basically ignored me. Not only have I wasted my time but I have wasted my petrol
