Staff unhelpful and uninterested, the post office itself looks like a junk heap. Place is scruffy and untidy.

Arrived with 2 staff serving very long queue. Immediately one staff member served someone, she signed off to put bags together for collection and fetch trolleys etc. Didn't return for the more than 20 mins it took for me to get to the front of the queue. Not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time queues have been huge yet understaffed. Would be worth getting in a car and driving to a village post office

Really disappointed with the wait time and the service from both members of staff. Rude and dismissive behaviour- it’s not very often you renew a passport to be met with rude attitude and come back Monday - work full time, so the next time their manager was in was weeks. Do not recommend.
