This post office functions like a post office-ish, and all seems fine but the owners don't seem to enjoy their position there. More so the lady, the gentleman is slightly better. I've been coming for years as its local and quicker than going into town.
It seems to be an effort for them to have basic manners and greet customers with a smile or a "how are you today?"
Customer Service seems a very low priority for them - it's no wonder they have so many negative reviews - but they don't even seem to care!
No responses at all to any of the reviews.
My last experience there was to have documents certified and according to the website it was £x for up to x3 documents, however when I got there, they wouldn't do my husband's passport as he wasn't there and it was seen as a different customer, so another £x plus they'd only certify x1 copy. They only needed to do a stamp on each page!! She called someone to check what was allowed and whoever she called said no, I'd need to pay for 2 lots of documents. I left without having them certified in principle.

Ive been using this post office for a number of years but im going else where in future. The women in there is vile, unprofessional has a bad attitude. Ive seen her talking down to a pensioner like he was an inconvenience , was awful to witness. That was the last straw. Think she needs some help or something. Sent my wife today with a parcel and she come home telling me how rude she was 🤣. I would advise people to avoid and go somewhere else because we will be.

I do not understand why both owners are so incredibly rude, I've never had an establishment that I dread entering more, just hire somebody who's not miserable if you as owners hate working with the public.

Absolutely dreadful service. I tried to return a parcel, was told they couldn’t do it as I didn’t have a QR code.
I left the post office and went to Rolleston where they returned my parcel without any issues
