The Post Office was empty, so there’s really no excuse for that kind of attitude. I had just finished a 12-hour night shift and was still polite and respectful, but still had to deal with someone who clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Kindness is free.

Sometimes its a little busy but I've always been served with a smile. Lunchtimes are usually busier and first thing in the morning too but staff serve quickly and efficiently.
