I visited this branch recently. The staff member at the counter was not very helpful in guiding me through my options, and I felt a bit rushed. I found the overall experience confusing and a little stressful. I hope the branch improves customer support in the future.”

Very unpleasant service from one staff member this morning. She was rude, impatient and dismissive for no reason. The Post Office was empty, so there’s really no excuse for that kind of attitude. I had just finished a 12-hour night shift and was still polite and respectful, but still had to deal with someone who clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Kindness is free.

As my bank has now closed its local branch i use the post office a lot. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes its a little busy but I've always been served with a smile. Lunchtimes are usually busier and first thing in the morning too but staff serve quickly and efficiently.
