It does get busy, but I have found nearly all post offices in Woking to be busy during peak hours. Only issue is it's more limited than other post offices eg no Amazon returns and it no longer takes Evri.

I was returning an Amazon parcel with a code I'd been sent the day before. They wouldn't accept it as they said Amazon won't accept them despite it coming from them. I stood my ground and refused to leave the counter until they helped as I made a special journey to go there. They knew exactly what to do but were just too lazy to help! This could be a great Post Office if you had the right people running it!
