My Clarification as the Customer I did not enter the staff area on my own. I bought my envelope and moved exactly where your staff member told me to write the address. The space was very small, and he asked me to shift positions more than once I followed every instruction.I stepped aside to avoid blocking customers, especially because I had a backpack. Before I could explain, the staff member spoke to me abruptly, saying I wasn’t allowed there, even though he had directed me to that spot moments earlier.I had already paid, and due to the rude tone and unnecessary suspicion, I chose to post my letter at another branch. Your reply misrepresents what happened. It was a first time being in this place and the it will be the last.
