He provided a very thorough and quick postal service and overall it was a very pleasant experience. It’s great to see such a polite, friendly and hardworking young man representing the team, you should be proud to have him working there.

I only use this place because I work near it, but if I had a choice I would avoid them, they are too busy speaking to locals, and ignoring customers. Appalling behaviour. Just updating this review so I can respond to your nonsense! You have admitted it, you served FIVE other post office customers whilst you were processing my orders, you made me wait, you delayed me. ALL because you wanted to serve the local customers! You have literally admitted to what it is I am complaining about! So unprofessional and ridiculous. I am sure if I was a local customer you would not have dared treated me that way. Fix up on your customer service. Treat each individual customer instead of prioritizing locals!! There were 3 customers before me, you served each one individually you did not serve two customers at the same time. When it was my turn you served me and 5 other customers, you put my labels on incorrectly, you rushed my orders and were not focused. I know exactly why I was treated differently.
