She lies about what the cheapest option is. She obfuscates, or simply lies, in order to charge you more. I am making a formal complaint about this woman.

YOU will be on the phone for hours! And when I complained was told "48hrs does not mean 48hrs "that is a quote.

They are always happy to help answer any questions and are happy to give advice on posting your items, should you need it. The shop is stocked with a good variety of packaging goods along with a large selection of drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend this Post Office branch to anyone!
