- DWDebra WoodwardJul 10, 20261.0Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! I have just lined up with 7 other people for 20 minute to have an Evri parcel, with a label, scanned. There were three people behind the counter! When I did finally get served there was not one apology for the delay, just a completely dismissive attitude. The reviews are terrible for this place so it seems I’m not the only one disappointed with the service, I won’t be using them again
- SPSue ProsserJun 25, 20265.0I honestly have never had a bad service from the Post Office side or Morrisons shopping side. The staff have aways been very polite and helpful. Today l collected a parcel from the Post office side and the young guy called SAI was very helpful and friendly.

However, the old Indian lady I assume tbe manager is an absolute disgrace and awful example to her team. She is constantly moody angry and treats people using the postal service as a massive inconvenience. The other workers call her Ma’am. The post office online describe the services available at this branch you turn up and this lady manager changes the rules not accepting cards only cash for something Royal Mail verified by phone can be paid in person. The way she talks to people is disgusting she is rude acts like a militant. Such a shame all the young workers are a dream! Someone needs to tell the older lady I think it’s time to hang up the badge!
