They did not guide me at all, even though I was new and unfamiliar with the postal services. Without properly explaining the available options or asking for my preference, they processed my parcel using Special Delivery, which cost me around £11–£12. They should clearly explain the different delivery services and their charges before processing a customer’s parcel. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they showed no willingness to help. Staff working in a customer service role should be polite, patient, and helpful. Because of this experience, I will never use this Post Office again. Very poor customer service.

Another customer walked in after me, pushed straight ahead, and when I said I was next, he started shouting at me. What’s truly appalling is that the staff stood there and did absolutely nothing while I was being screamed at. No attempt to manage the queue, no effort to step in, no concern whatsoever. Just blankly watching it happen. It was lazy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be left to deal with aggressive behaviour alone while staff ignore it. That’s not just bad service, it’s a complete failure of basic responsibility. This isn’t even an isolated incident—service here is consistently slow, disorganised, and lacking any sense of customer care. At this point it’s clearly a pattern, not a one-off. Avoid this place. There are far better options where you’ll be treated with basic respect.
