They are very kind and polite and they will show you where the product is if you don't know and they will take extra time to help you. Also very very affordable prices which I truly appreciate and that's why I keep coming back to Beulah Road post office. Thank you all who work there you are amazing 😍

They seem to forget they exist because of their customers. Today, I went to pick up a package that I had confirmation from Royal Mail had been delivered to this post office. The staff member rudely insisted the package wasn’t there. When I asked them to check again, they responded with an attitude, saying it wasn’t there. To confirm, I asked, “Is this Beulah Road Post Office?” and they said yes. I insisted that my package should be there. Only then, with clear annoyance, did they ask who the confirmation was from. I told them it was from Royal Mail, and it turned out they had been looking in the Evri system all along. Horrible service and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid if possible!
