  Very bad customer service i came shop before closing they didn’t listen to me i came to do top up mai electricity top up but they declined very bad

  There's always a great experience when I go to Beulah post office they offer Amazon returns you can also top up your Oyster card you can deposit money to your bank account and they have a very very big selections of various products. They are very kind and polite and they will show you where the product is if you don't know and they will take extra time to help you. Also very very affordable prices which I truly appreciate and that's why I keep coming back to Beulah Road post office. Thank you all who work there you are amazing 😍

  My daughter and I use this shop frequently for last minute essential and Post Office Services. Today my daughter attempted to complete an Amazon return, but her Apple Pay was not working. The man behind the counter was extremely unprofessional and agressive. He called her a ‘D******d!’ and shouted words to the effect of ‘ you don’t have any money, you’re a d******d!’ Then he got frustrated that the parcel could not be handed back to her because he had already printed and attached the label, still barking at her unnecessarily. All he had to do was remove the label and hand back the parcel. By the way, the return should have been free, so clearly there was an administrative error somewhere down the line. She commented on the rudeness, and was shocked as we always use the PO service. After several years of patronage, we will not be returning. I will take her parcel to another participating PO service tomorrow. It’s great that the PO outsourced some of their customer services, but it doesn’t help their reputation if they are using establishments that are nasty to their service users. I think the reviews here justify my conclusion.

  Horrible customer service, the staff were extremely rude. I had some complications with my package and I am now trying to contact the seller, however they were extremely dismissive and are currently refusing to give me the package. I showed my phone to them to ask for help or for them to see if they could use my tracking order or anything. Unfortunately, they acted like my mum and i were the stupidest people on earth and did nothing to help us. While I understand that there are certain policies in place all they had to do was kindly point us in the right direction, instead we were met with extreme hostility. As people that work in customer service they should at least learn basic manners. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be treated horribly.
