Went in to drop off a parcel a month ago (prepaid label attached) Friday lunch time and was informed by the gentleman serving on the next bay that “ closed, not open till Monday “
Joke
Gave it another go last week to send small parcel and after long wait/process it was received for £2 more than online label = there was nothing wrong with the original Post Office set up and not sure why ROYAL MAIL prefer this way of using their services
Using people who have not much idea how to deal with sending.
Won’t bother with this place again.
It used to be a very good shop and Post Office.

I popped into this store for the first time to send a couple of parcels and was really happy with the service. I usually go to the Post Office in Tattenham Corner, but it was closed for some unknown reason, so I decided to try this one instead. I’d seen some reviews saying it can close unexpectedly too, but I took the risk since I needed to post my parcels urgently. I got there around 5:50pm, and luckily it was open. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which was great. The store itself is spacious and seems to have a nice range of products. All in all, a really positive experience so far.
