An utter shambles of an operation. Always a 15 minutes queue and no urgency at all.

Always great service at this post office. Even if it’s a long queue they serve people efficiently and with kindness.
Special thank you to Bernard who ordered me a specific magazine that was out of stock everywhere else I went. Kindly ordered it and let me know once it arrived! 10/10 service

Not sure why so many people hate on this post office. I’ve always had a lovely experience and the staff are v kind and attentive. They have also helped my wife with multiple queries in the past too. Sometimes it’s busy yes, which is normal. Maybe just go at a more quiet time then. Post offices like these are rare these days, especially family-ran ones

If I could put 0 stars I would have!
This post office is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The lady made me queue up twice to return items instead of just doing all of it together in one go. She said 5 items per customer and there were 2 of us! And we had 8 items! Didn’t make sense at all!
She cut up my license without checking with me if I wanted to do it in the first place.
I could go on but would NOT recommend this place!
Janet needs to learn the basics of communication and manners!
