But the guy is foolish and greedy , firstly he asked me to pay 126ÂŁ pound to pay for first class which i was happily paid and i told him that i want to send this parcel without value . But this unprofessional guy mentioned all the value on the parcel box. I told him and asked him thrice that this is without value. He said yes. After 3 days when my parcel reached to india delhi . The customs asked me pay 400ÂŁ pounds for custom clearance due to high valued parcel . On that time , i dont have that much money and it was my mother' s birthday gift . My family also cannot pay this much amount they declined the parcel and i also cant recieved that parcel because they asked too much money .. at the end , i lost my parcel and money got wasted. The other thing my husband went this postoffice to exchange euro currency to gbp .. the post office person deduct extra money . This was terrible experience

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
