They printed off the return slip and when i was about to out it on the rug she came out if the counter saying this is not allowed. They cannot take big parcels as it takes up space in their shop. Why don’t youstop working with evri then?? Then this guy from post office came in and asked for the printed label, i thought he came in to help! He then tried to walk away with the label and told me to take the rug out of his shop. I understand that you don’t want to keep the big parcel, if its not in you capacity please stop working with evri. I requested them to cancel the drop off so that i can try somewhere else but they were not ready to listen and help me out. Worst customer service every witnessed, the lady was aggressively blaming me to not ask if then can accept my parcel!! If you have been listed on evri— you have posters saying evri return shop- you have the label printed machine- and you printed off the label!! Whydo i need to double check???? Pathetic service and behaviour. Will be escalating this to evri, no matter how long it takes.

Every time I visit, I seem to be charged additional fees for services that I later discover are much cheaper when arranged directly through the Royal Mail website. I recently checked the price online and realised that the difference was significant. It feels like unnecessary additional charges are being added when using the service in-store. I would strongly recommend checking the Royal Mail website yourself before paying at this branch, as you may find the same service considerably cheaper online. I hope the management looks into these additional charges and makes the pricing clearer for customers.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
