I have been using this post office for past 10 years now, regularly sending a large number of parcels. Myself and most of the neighbours are not happy at all that it is closing. I also feel it’s a big mistake from to close this post office. They will loose many customers who only buy from the shop because they pass through to go to the post office. Plus it’s a useful service for the needs of local residents particularly elder generation. If possible keep it running

I have been using this post office for over a year now, regularly sending a large number of parcels and have been met with nothing but kindness from staff. Staff go above and beyond to be helpful and to provide an efficient service. I am very upset to hear that co-op are closing this post office, the staff have been a credit to you and I can’t thank them enough for their help. Even when dealing with multiple parcels at once and a long queue, staff continue with polite and friendly service, and do their best to deal with everyone in a timely manner. I feel it’s a big mistake from co-op to close this post office. They will loose many customers who only buy from the shop because they pass through to go to the post office.

Opened 10 minutes late, tried to return parcels from pre paid barcodes, was told I can only use a barcode once for 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 parcels then I told him he can do it , he made a mistake and printed 2 barcodes.
Then he told he he gave receipts when I fact he didn't and I had to tell him I can see my receipt on the desk his side.
No apologies, rude and uninformed of how to do his job properly !!!!!!
