- PPPriamoJul 6, 20261.0I have sent a formal complaint to Post Office HQ. This place needs new management like yesterday. There is zero order throughout the shop. Nowhere to write anything or sort paperwork. Ask for a pen and it’s like you’re robbing them. The place is filthy and why is there music records taking up valuable space for customers!? When was the last time anyone purchased a bloody record! It’s 2026 get with the times, please. The management has clearly lost any interest for providing a professional service. Stop treating (what should be) a valuable service like your living room or make room for others that care about the people of Shepperton. Many others are talking about this just haven’t reviewed.

Woman serving was expressing how glad she was that the PO lockers were broke as it meant more business for them. If you had a friendly disposition rather than the hostile one you currently emit customers would rather use your services. From my experience the cold metal boxes seemed much more appealing. I actually felt more of a nuisance than a customer.
