They print out the stickers and make you stick everything on yourself, take it to the back and put in the bag yourself. He had a huge go at me because I didnât have a mask with me and refused to serve me (bearing in mind itâs no longer government requirement). So I went back to the car to get it and I had to remove it to do Face ID to make payment - he said I needed to keep the mask on and I reminded him it isnât a legal requirement any more so he said âI donât care what the legal says (!) itâs my business I do what I wantâ I told him I would make a complaint and he said âgo on thenâ! So I have, to post office. Canât believe how many 1* reviews this place has! Going elsewhere in future. Grumpy so and so.

Unfortunately, I went a few times to this post office because its the closest and always the gentleman behind the counter is incredibly rude and aggressive. He is never helpful, there is always some kind of issue with the parcels and he constantly sends everybody to richmond. Don't even waste your time going there!

They don't accept card at the shop counter but I could withdraw cash from the post office counter easily. There are lots of negative reviews here but I guess there are always those who like to rant.
