This is the worst post office I've been to, usually only one person working and at a snails pace. I really don't understand why more people aren't employed, and why everything has to be so slow. Expect to wait up to an hour

Kishan Patel was very rude with no manners. Shocked to find staff members without proper training being sat in a customer facing role.

Very rude staff, lazy. Didn’t want to help. She told me I had to tape two parcels together I asked does she have tape then she didn’t even look and said no I said you work in a post office , she said I had to buy some £7 btw! Nice lady in the cue gave me some celletape which wasn’t going to work but I tried. The lady behind the counter told me it wasn’t her problem and was very blunt and didn’t care attitude. Problems before with the way they speak to their customers. Including the men that work there. Absolutely miserable. Amount of complaints and no one does anything. Who employs these kind of people? Where is the management. The label that she printed for my big parcel it’s the smallest barcode I’ve seen. If I loose out on money with my parcels or they go missing I will be speaking my money back !!
Get new staff or closed down. The women next to me was even upset with the person she had behind the counter. They lazy, no smiles, slow as anything . Probs get better money than most!

Who hired this staff member, and based on what criteria was this possible? I brought a prepaid parcel — all they needed to do was send it. They claimed it was only paid for up to 2 kg, even though it had already been paid for up to 20 kg. After a long conversation with the clerk at the counter, during which I repeatedly asked her to scan my parcel and showed proof of payment, she kept insisting that it exceeded 2 kg and that I needed to cancel the shipment and pay again for 2.8 kg.
After an hour, she finally realized that yes, it was indeed paid for up to 20 kg. This means she did not know how to read the information on her own screen. On what grounds was this employee hired?
No apologise, no nothing.

A week with Amazon counter collections not fixed. Really poor service. They have more people but they do less services. Not good
