- JJJoseph John4 days ago1.0Very disappointing service at the Horley Road Costcutter Post Office. They regularly don’t have basic First Class or Second Class stamps in stock, which means I’m unable to post letters when I need to. On another occasion, there was no internet connection, so the Post Office service was unavailable. They also offer an Amazon collection/returns service, but when I previously went to return an Amazon order, they didn’t have the required packaging/cover to process the return. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and embarrassing experience. A Post Office should be able to provide these basic services reliably. Very disappointing service.
