- PEPrecious Essien6 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely rude staff. Lady and a guy. I walked in and there was zero acknowledgement from both of them. I explained I didn’t know how to send a letter as I’ve never done it before. I asked for her assistance and she’s asking me what I want her to do. Out of nowhere she then starts raising her voice saying I’m aggressive because I walked away and picked up a piece of paper and was pushing it in my face which says something about not being aggressive to staff members. The guy then stood up. I don’t know if it was to intimidate me or something and they told me to leave. All because I asked for help in posting a letter and I was unsure of how to do it.

I found the way I was spoken to completely unacceptable. After I left, the staff member followed me and continued shouting at me, using offensive and abusive language and making personal comments about me and my family. I have a learning disability, and despite the situation, I did not respond by verbally abusing the staff member. I believe every customer should be treated with respect and given the opportunity to explain themselves before being accused of something. I am sharing my experience so that other customers are aware of what happened. I hope the business takes this complaint seriously and reviews how customers are treated. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 let's see now let's see if you like it take your sorry back no one go to that shop it's disgusting

They regularly don’t have basic First Class or Second Class stamps in stock, which means I’m unable to post letters when I need to. On another occasion, there was no internet connection, so the Post Office service was unavailable. They also offer an Amazon collection/returns service, but when I previously went to return an Amazon order, they didn’t have the required packaging/cover to process the return. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and embarrassing experience. A Post Office should be able to provide these basic services reliably. Very disappointing service.
