I can not believe the help I received over the past 2 days from this post office, Ricky (hope this is how it’s spelt) has been amazing!! He has went up and beyond on his customer service to help me. And the crazy part is, he has helped me when I am all the way up in Scotland!! Wow…talk about customer service eh:) basically I had a issue with a parcel sent to London from my local post office in fife Scotland, to which someone had scammed me (my fault for trusting someone). When it came to light that it was a scam, I contacted Royal Mail, they advised me to redirect the parcel to a local post office in the area that the parcel was sent, to which I did, and over the last 2 days, Ricky helped with securing and dealing with the matter promptly and professionally. Ricky, sir, thank you so much. The stress my wife and I have went through the past few days has been unbearable and you managed to help us get it all sorted. From 1 stranger to another, I thank you dearly!! All the best, thank you!! I just wish there was more people like you in this world.
