For those reading that feel the same I recommend making a direct complaint to the post office website. Hopefully they’ll make a change if they get enough complaints.

When I finally came in, the staff not only had it safely waiting but remembered me by name, a small thing that made a huge difference and put my mind completely at ease. A special thank you to Mariann and Sujan, who are consistently warm, welcoming, and go above and beyond for every customer. Their attentiveness and genuine care are rare to find, and they've turned a routine errand into something I actually look forward to. This branch is lucky to have them.
