Dee (hope I’ve spelt it correct) was so polite that I felt the need to ask for her name and give credit where credit is due. I showed her my email with the tracking details and straight away, she called me by name which was such a small thing but felt so professional and personal in London. Keep it up, a really lovely post office experience for a change!
