I avoid this Post Office at all costs and would rather walk to the Mitcham Junction branch than use this one, despite this being my local branch only a few minutes away.
On multiple occasions I’ve had difficulty getting hold of them, as they never seem to answer the phone. The final straw was when I sent an important form through this branch and it was never received by the organisation it was intended for, causing unnecessary stress and delays.
Customer service and reliability are extremely important when dealing with important documents, and unfortunately my experience here has left me with very little confidence in using this branch again. I now go out of my way to use a different Post Office instead.

The staff member who helped me today was Yama. The lady was extremely knowledgeable and she did the extra mail in order to help me. I needed to return one item to Amazon, the Amazon told me to go to the nearest Post Office with labels printed out and ask the officers to proceed with the return. Two other post offices in Mitcham refused to do that and they told me to contact DPD in person to do the return. They didn't provide any information on the subject and simply dismissed me, telling that my parcel is too heavy.
But Yama scanned my return label and explained to me that they've got an agreement with DPD and I can leave my parcel with her because DPD people will collect it.
I am deeply grateful to Yama for her professional knowledge and her extremely helpful and kind attitude. Thank you from the core of my ❤️ 🙏🌹

Few years back I left a negative review regarding the incompetence and lack of customer service - was truly shocked how this rm still ran - the management changed and I’ve got to praise Yamuna, she smiled, was attentive and listened to what I needed.. little small talk with a warmth in her voice, will definitely be going back now that new staff are there. Thank you!
