- HMHannah MargerisonSep 1, 20231.0Asked for a large letter to be sent only to be charged for a small parcel. Only realised once paid as was sending a few items. Once I checked the receipt I realised, I told them they’d charged me the wrong price and hadn’t even informed me during the process. Woman behind the till was clueless and didn’t know the prices of items. Even when I showed her the correct price online she said she couldn’t do it and refund to refund me the difference. I told her what I’d paid previously and again showed her the correct prices but she said she couldn’t do it!! Make sure you check your prices before you pay because they won’t tell you and will charge you more. Typical, I should have known better for a One Stop shop I guess.
